Hours of operation: ELEKTRA SPA is open 7 days a week. Tuesday to Saturday 11:00 - 21:00, Sunday and Monday 14:00 - 21:00.

Reservations: We recommend that you arrange your appointments in advance, by phone, so that we would be able to satisfy your desires.

Arrival time: Please, arrive 15 minutes before the time of your appointment for the reception, changing of clothes and filling out of your personal questionnaire. In the event of delay you may reduce the available time for your treatment.

Cancellations – Changes: If you wish to change your appointment, please inform the Spa secretary at least 24 hours before. You will be given a new appointment if you wish depending on availability.

Clothing: For hygiene reasons, a shower before treatment is necessary. Before any treatment, please remove your jewelry and clothes except undergarments. You are required to bring a swimsuit. A bathrobe, towel, shower cap, slippers and disposable underwear at your disposal.

Comfort: During the treatment please inform the practitioners whether you feel any discomfort, and whether the temperature of the room meets your desire. Also inform them of any abrasions, injuries or pain in specific parts of your body before treatment, as well as of any disease or skin allergies. This, allows the practitioners to ensure that the treatment is appropriate based on your needs.

You do not have to talk to your therapist. If you want to be silent, our therapists will be the same. If you want to discuss or ask about something, they will be at your disposal.

Smoking – & Mobile Phones: We remind you that smoking is forbidden in all areas of the spa and it is necessary to put your mobile phone into silent mode.
